Senior Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital transformation team in ERP enablement, roadmap development for Oracle Fusion Financials migration, and quality assurance of ongoing implementation.


As an experienced executive with a strong delivery track record in Enterprise Resource Planning, you will leverage technology-based solutions to drive business outcomes for clients. You will work closely with clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in Oracle EPM modules and develop expertise in finance and accounting principles.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality financial solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be a trusted business advisor to clients with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proactive approach, accountability, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, resources, and effective communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering.
  • 2-3 implementations of Oracle EPM with a focus on technology-enabled finance transformation.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and systems.
  • Exceptional knowledge of EPM tools and processes.
  • Expertise in Smart View, data management, and data integration tools.
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience in integrating EPM with ERP systems.
