Product Development and Marketing Specialist

This role involves developing and executing product development ideas, as well as analyzing sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance.

Main Tasks:
  1. Develop product concepts, prepare them for implementation, and analyze their feasibility.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and product performance to inform business decisions.
  3. Present reports to stakeholders, making recommendations based on analysis.
  4. Attend conferences and exhibitions to promote products and services.
  5. Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness, sales, and profits.
  6. Organize and execute marketing and sales programs.
  7. Keep track of market and company sales performance.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective programs.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new developments in marketing strategy.
Work Schedule:

The working hours will be from 10 am to 5 pm, 5 days a week.

Necessary Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Leadership, prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Effective relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
