Job Title: Remote Accounting Professional

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized accounting professional to provide support to our operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial data entry.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
  • Conducting periodic reconciliations of bank accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Contributing to process improvements and recommending strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support during working hours, from 3 PM to 11 PM. The individual must be accessible and in front of their computer during this time.
