About the Role

  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions in patients using strong clinical decision-making skills.

  • Promote health education and preventive care within the community, emphasizing the importance of regular check-ups and screenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, gathering information about patients' medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed, monitoring patients' progress and adjusting plans accordingly.

Requirements

  • MEDICAL DEGREE (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license and registration to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience working as a Medical Officer or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in patient care and management.
  • Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures across various specialties, including pediatrics, gerontology, and more.
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex medical information and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare software, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between team members.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations and communicate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
