Sales Opportunity in Freight Forwarding

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our office. As a key member of our team, you will support and guide existing and new clients, providing them with excellent levels of service, and managing their business needs. This role is ideal for those who have a background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics, and experience in air, ocean & road freight sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients
  • Develop air, ocean & road freight sales ensuring increased GP per customer
  • Assist in securing new business
  • Record sales and order information to assist business expansion

Requirements:
  • Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics
  • Experience in Air, Ocean & Road freight sales preferred
  • Good knowledge of European markets preferred
  • Ability to direct and be a mentor for the sales team
  • Commercially minded
  • IT literate including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ideally Cargo Wise
