E-commerce Store Manager

As an E-commerce Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and ongoing management of our Shopify store. This includes handling product listings, integration of third-party apps, and ensuring an optimized and seamless user experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, development, and ongoing management of our Shopify store, including store optimization, inventory management, and customer support.
  • Integrate third-party apps and tools to enhance store functionality, such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, email marketing platforms, and other Shopify plugins.
  • Set up and manage payment gateways, shipping options, and taxes to ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.
  • Monitor store performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales data. Use insights to improve store design, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize various aspects of the store, such as product page layouts, call-to-action buttons, and checkout processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Shopify and managing Shopify stores, including design, product listings, and store optimization.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps for marketing, sales, and store optimization.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, mobile responsiveness, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience in managing product listings and optimizing them for SEO to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or other performance tracking tools.
