We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying staffing needs and coordinating the recruitment process.
Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online channels and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Interview Planning: Plan and coordinate interview procedures, including screening calls and assessments.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Job Description Creation: Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Employer Branding: Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's image.
- Hiring Forecasting: Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
