Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber sales candidates for multiple roles across various departments
  • Utilize social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to identify position requirements and source matching candidates
  • Develop recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics

Motive serves over 100,000 customers across various industries, including transportation, construction, energy, and more.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as knowledge of sourcing techniques. You will partner with Sales Recruiters to build a strong technical talent pipeline.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sourcer
  • Experience using Greenhouse
  • Excellent business email writing skills
  • Good time-management skills with ability to handle open positions simultaneously
  • Advanced sourcing training is a plus (Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification, etc.)
