Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will have knowledge of various domains and be skilled in stakeholder management.

  • Knowledge of domains like procurement, TPRM, GRC (preferred).

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and experience working with clients across the globe.

As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and client scripts for applications in ServiceNow.

  • Developing strategies to identify issues and gaps in ITSM and ITOM modules.

  • Creating custom applications and modules in ServiceNow as per requirements.

  • Designing and developing custom applications in ServiceNow, utilizing its PaaS capabilities.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM - Event Management and Integrations, SWD, CMDB, JavaScript, Smart Cloud Control Desk (Maximo), IBM Tivoli Netcool, and TBSM.

  • UI Builder, Export Sets, Java Scripting, Integration Hub, and Service Portals expertise.

  • Specialized experience in configuration activities such as creating roles, profiles, email services, page layouts, workflow alerts, actions, and approval processes.

Additionally, we require:

  • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

  • Experience with ServiceNow environment upgrades.
