Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 3–4 years of experience in managing enterprise-level software projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of software projects.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Maintain and manage product backlogs, user stories, and ticket workflows using tools like Jira or similar.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and regular status updates.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role managing software projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Proven experience with backlog management, user stories, and ticket tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling capabilities.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
