
Medical Billing Sales Executive

We are YanYem, a leading provider of medical billing services.
This role requires you to identify and acquire new clients for our medical billing services through various channels. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate leads and expand our client base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for medical billing services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate leads and expand the company's client base.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Negotiation and Closing: Engage in contract negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in medical billing.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in Business Development within the Medical Billing industry (minimum 5 years).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Lead Qualification: Strong ability to identify and qualify potential clients through various lead-generation techniques.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals successfully.
- Crm Tools: Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- US Healthcare Experience: Experience in US Healthcare and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
- Hipaa Compliance: Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical billing regulations.
- Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
