Job Overview:

The Vice President of Sales is a pivotal role that involves cultivating, leading, and nurturing a high-performing sales team to drive growth, expand market presence, and achieve corporate objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, managing a team of associates responsible for generating targeted revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Vairt's business objectives, supporting both in-person and virtual sales presentations
  • Directly manage and mentor Directors of Sales and National Sales Managers, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and professional development
  • Drive sales training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity
  • Create comprehensive sales plans and identify strategies to achieve annual revenue growth targets of 15-20% and targeted profit goals

Requirements:

  2. Ability to make decisions that benefit clients and the company
  3. 10+ years of experience as a consultative sales leader, managing high-performing teams
