Soft Skills Expert

We're looking for an experienced Soft Skills Expert to join our team. As a key member, you'll design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities among software engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to software engineers' needs.
  • Work closely with our Learning & Development team and tech leads to conduct training needs assessments.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions on key professional skills, including communication, teamwork, adaptability, conflict resolution, and time management.
  • Develop content that caters to different learning styles and professional requirements of engineers and data scientists.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, such as workshops, role-plays, case studies, and scenario-based learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with tech trainers to integrate soft skills with technical training objectives.
  • Support coaching and mentoring initiatives across the engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in soft skills training within a corporate or tech-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of training engineers or IT professionals is highly desirable. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of challenges faced by software engineers in communication and collaboration.
  • Certification in soft skills training, coaching, or instructional design is a plus.

  • Empathetic and approachable with a coaching mindset.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends in corporate learning and behavioral development.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams.
  • Ability to measure behavioral impact and contribute to the growth of high-performing tech teams.
