Job Description:

As a Senior Data Analyst/Reporting Specialist at Global Rescue, you will play a key role in driving business insights and decision-making through data-driven initiatives. With a strong background in Power BI development and data analysis, you will collaborate with senior leadership to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and translate business needs into effective data visualizations and dashboards
- Collect, clean, and transform large and complex data sets from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes
- Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI tools and techniques
- Create and optimize data models to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis and reporting
- Develop, implement, and manage ETL processes and data flows to ensure seamless data integration and availability for reporting
- Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to identify correlations, trends, and relationships in data
- Present data findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using visualizations, charts, and narratives

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in data visualization, with 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development
- Prior working experience in travel management, travel insurance, or membership-based organizations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data modeling concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
