
Senior Corporate Affairs Manager

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in corporate affairs and the ability to manage complex tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field and a reputable organization, preferably with expertise in corporate compliance and governance.
- A thorough understanding of corporate affairs, including knowledge of Companies Act 2017, statutory requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, registers, and statutory documents, as well as hands-on experience with writing regular expressions.
- Effective management of Board Meetings and General Meetings, ensuring timely issuance of notices, agendas, and minutes.
- Facilitating communication between the Board and Management, and coordinating correspondence with Ministries and other stakeholders.
- Risk management, medical fitness certifications, and character certificates.
- ACCA/CA Inter from a recognized Institute, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and financial reporting.
- The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.
