About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Brand Strategy Officer to lead our brand strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity.
  2. Brand Creation and Launch: Oversee the creation, launch, and management of new brands and products.
  3. Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, and PR).
  4. Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, promotions, and communications.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop all marketing materials and activities.
  6. Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and brand performance metrics to track success and return on investment (ROI).
  7. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Digital Marketing, to drive seamless brand alignment.
  8. Talent Management: In charge of fostering a healthy working culture for the brand team. Responsible for hiring and managing talent for the team.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Brand Management.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Tech, or Hospitality.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of building and scaling brands successfully.
  • Skills: Strong brand storytelling and strategic thinking skills. Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and campaign execution. Analytical mindset with experience in consumer research and performance tracking.
  • L Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation.
