Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to create business from new and existing customer accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors.
  • Successfully manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the real estate market through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, property prices, and competitive advantages.
  • Showcase available properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a sales executive position.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
