Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in e-commerce to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing the technical side of e-commerce systems while driving business outcomes such as improved user experience, system efficiency, and revenue growth.

About the Role:

This is a full-time onsite role that requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technical architecture, and business processes. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Technical Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis of the technical infrastructure of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved performance.
  2. Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders (developers, system architects, product owners) to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into detailed specifications.
  3. Create System Maps: Create and update system architecture diagrams and technical documentation to map out the e-commerce ecosystem.
  4. Evaluate API Integrations: Analyze and evaluate API integrations between various platforms and third-party systems (CRM, ERP, PIM) to ensure data flow, synchronization, and performance are optimized.
  5. Optimize Customer Journeys: Work closely with development and UX teams to analyze customer journeys from a technical perspective.
  6. Ensure Security and Compliance: Ensure all technical aspects of the e-commerce platform meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
