ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key member of our team, the Territory Sales Executive - Business Growth Leader plays a vital role in driving sales growth and distribution excellence. This dynamic individual will oversee distributors and trade activities across designated territories to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve desired sales volume and growth targets.
  2. Promote competitive visibility in stores through effective planning and execution.
  3. Collaborate with distributors and customers to align operational plans and optimize executions.
  4. Negotiate joint business plans with key customers to drive mutual success.
  5. Design and manage optimized routes for DSRs to maximize efficiency.
  6. Support the digital transformation strategy by implementing innovative solutions within the territory.
  7. Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive profitability.
  8. Leverage strong leadership skills to build and develop high-performing teams.
  9. Maintain accountability for meeting key performance indicators.
  10. Apply analytical expertise to redefine processes and improve overall performance.

SKILLS REQUIRED
