UI/UX Designer Job Description

As a UI/UX designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our software into user-friendly products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing engaging graphic elements, and building navigation components. A successful candidate should have experience with design software and wireframe tools, as well as a portfolio of professional design projects showcasing work on web/mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating both functional and visually appealing features that address client needs and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Design intuitive graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and visual appeal
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects demonstrating expertise in UX/UI
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and up-to-date design software skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
