**Job Title:** Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are creating a cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS platform for recruiting and HRTech. This platform requires a skilled full-stack software engineer who is passionate about developing innovative solutions that span the entire technology stack from user interface to backend systems, artificial intelligence, and scalable infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in building scalable applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and designing APIs that integrate with databases at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Core Application Development: Design and develop high-performance web applications using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS/ShadCN/Radix UI, and ensure seamless integration with the database.
  2. Backend & Database Development: Develop robust backend systems using Node.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and Supabase. Implement row-level security (RLS) and integrate pgvector for AI-powered search, leveraging Redis for caching and sessions.
  3. Authentication & Multi-Tenancy: Build secure authentication systems using OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, SSO/SAML, and design multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  4. AI/ML Integrations: Leverage OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace for intelligent recruiting workflows, working with RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, NLP (spaCy/NLTK) for parsing and recommendations.
  5. Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Vercel/Netlify. Automate deployments with CI/CD pipelines and monitor performance using Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana. Implement SaaS essentials like payments and analytics (Stripe, feature flagging, PostHog/Segment/Amplitude).
  6. Security & Compliance: Ensure data encryption and secure storage while designing applications with GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA compliance in mind.
