Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's digital media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the overall visual identity of the brand, including defining brand guidelines, establishing concepts, and providing direction in support of strategic marketing objectives.
  • Analyze digital analytics to achieve required targets, track success, and refine strategy for all digital channels – i.e., website, SEO, SEM, social media activity, and more.
  • Develop and distribute engaging content across multiple platforms, including original text, dedicated hashtags, images, creative visuals, and HTML that fosters meaningful connections with community members.
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of social content.
  • Establish effective campaign calendars for each campaign.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Requirements
  • Fresh or 1 year of experience in Digital/Social Media Marketing, Communication, and Design.
  • Ability to translate marketing and creative needs into user and technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with ability to achieve multiple targets and deadlines.
