We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to support our sales team and regional head in managing targets, facilitating smooth operations, and providing critical business analysis.

  • They will be responsible for setting and allocating monthly sales targets for the team in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring targets are clearly communicated to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.">
  • The Business Operations Manager will also facilitate smooth business operations by managing relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the sales team, regional head, and other departments to ensure business continuity.">
  • Additionally, they will perform ad-hoc analyses to support the sales team with insights and actionable data, provide analytical support to address specific business needs and challenges, and maintain and provide daily visibility on sales metrics and performance to the team.">

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Set and allocate monthly sales targets for the team in alignment with organizational goals.">
  3. Ensure targets are clearly communicated to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.">
  4. Facilitate smooth business operations by managing relationships with internal stakeholders.">
  5. Act as a liaison between the sales team, regional head, and other departments to ensure business continuity.">
  6. Perform ad-hoc analyses to support the sales team with insights and actionable data.">
  7. Provide analytical support to address specific business needs and challenges.">
  8. Maintain and provide daily visibility on sales metrics and performance to the team.">
  9. Share key highlights and updates on all KPIs with the head office and respective managers to ensure alignment with daily targets.">
  10. Design and implement regional promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.">
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective promotional materials and initiatives.">
  12. Share daily and weekly key performance highlights, focusing on all relevant KPIs, with the regional head and managers.">
  13. E nsure that performance metrics are tracked and reported accurately.">
  14. Manage all the on-ground activities including trade marketing and the region level activations.">
  15. Budgeting the requirement for the trade across different retail channels.">
  16. Vendor management for the trade marketing and ensure compliance of all the SOPs.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. They will also have minimum 5-7 years of experience in a business support or sales operations role, preferably in the financial services or telecom industry.
