Program Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Officer to join our team at Madadgaar National Helpline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences or law, with extensive experience working on children and women issues.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to individuals in crisis, referring them to relevant services and resources, and analyzing program effectiveness. They will also conduct quarterly meetings with partners, update referral directories, and ensure that targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in crisis
  2. Refer clients to relevant services and resources
  3. Update referral directories and maintain accurate records
  4. Conduct quarterly meetings with partners to promote collaboration and referrals
  5. Analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or Law
  2. Vast experience working on children and women issues
  3. Dynamic personality with excellent leadership skills
  4. Good knowledge of the development sector and familiarity with new trends
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills

Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel to outstations and may involve working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
