Job Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the setup, construction, implementation, and completion of a website. This involves serving as a liaison between clients and support staff to ensure smooth communication.

  • Gathers necessary information from clients before site construction begins and coordinates with support staff.
  • Maintains timely task completion and ensures all tasks are being completed correctly by support staff during development.
  • Troubleshoots issues raised by support staff or clients during implementation.
  • Provides instructions to clients on using their website back-office tools upon completion.

Maintains constant contact with clients and advocates for timely project completion.

Requirements

This role requires experience in project management/development in customer-facing web environments.

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Understanding of development processes, testing, deployment, work breakdown, dependencies, and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as ASP.net and PHP/LAMP.
  • Proficiency in SEO concepts and social media best practices.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, online marketing, graphic design, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative is a plus.
  • Able to plan work, organize time, maintain workflow, and solve problems analytically.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
