About the RoleIn this vital role, you will provide holistic nursing care to patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and family-centered care principles. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.
- Administer medications accurately, monitoring patient responses and reporting any concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing workload and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) or Post-RN BScN degree with valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
- At least one year of work experience in a reputable hospital, preferably in a similar specialty.
- Certification in relevant areas, such as BLS, CPR, or specialized nursing disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly electronic medical record systems.
