About the Role: As a Junior Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our company's network infrastructure. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Designing and implementing network architecture that meets the needs of our organization.
  • Configuring and installing network hardware and software solutions.
  • Developing and enforcing network security policies to safeguard our data.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve network-related issues.
  • Conducting regular network performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications/Training in CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a junior networking engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge of network operating systems, including Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Sophos Firewall, Access points, and Wireless LAN controllers.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying NMS tools such as PRTG, Cisco Prime, SolarWind.
  • Familiarity with communication, routing protocols, and network analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in network best practices and physical layer understanding.
  • Good hands-on experience in Mac terminal.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
