Job Description

The Technical and Administrative Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of KDW sites. They work closely with Manager Sites to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify kitchen, door, and wardrobe sizes for orders.
  • Mark gas, plumbing, electric points, and lights in wardrobes.
  • Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to address challenges and complete work before installation.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure sites meet IWM standards for installation.
  • Prepare checklists, provide solutions, and verify technical accuracy before forwarding to relevant teams.
  • Plan upcoming installations and coordinate with sales and design teams regarding site-related queries.
  • Resolve technical matters at the site safely and properly.
  • Verify contractors' bills and expenses for accurate billing and budget control.
  • Conduct final inspections of installed products, ensuring all QA points are resolved before handing over the site/project.
  • Lead and manage site and contractor labor, promoting efficient and productive site management.
  • Report daily and weekly site status and progress to the Sites Manager.
