Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, research-driven professional with a strong foundation in mathematics and algorithmic problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in computer vision and machine learning operations, with a proven track record of delivering rapid, quality solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Deploy Computer Vision Solutions: Create robust computer vision solutions and scalable MLOps pipelines for production environments.
  • Lead Advanced Research Projects: Contribute to cutting-edge research projects, leveraging strong mathematical and algorithmic expertise to implement state-of-the-art machine learning solutions.
  • Deliver Projects Efficiently: Focus on continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving to deliver projects quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work collaboratively with teams on multiple projects, fostering an environment of clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Quickly identify potential issues or failures, communicate them transparently, and proactively drive solutions without creating dependencies on others.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time industry experience in computer vision and MLOps is required.
  • Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred over a Bachelor's degree.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python; C++ is a plus.
  • Mathematical Concepts: Strong grasp of mathematics and algorithmic concepts is essential.
  • Production Experience: Proven experience in deploying ML models in production environments is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with LLMs: Familiarity with Large Language Models is a bonus.
  • Research Experience: Demonstrated track record of research and innovative project contributions.
  • MLOps Pipelines: Experience with deploying scalable MLOps pipelines and managing end-to-end machine learning workflows.
Additional Considerations:
  • Commitment: A minimum commitment of one year is required.
  • Independence: The successful candidate will be self-reliant, capable of independently managing challenges, and will proactively flag any issues early to keep projects on track.
