Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, schedules, dependencies, resources, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Establish effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and client presentations
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including any changes in scope, schedule, or budget
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges and conflicts
  • Adaptable and flexible mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • PMP certification is a plus
