Job Summary:


We are seeking an e-commerce optimization specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and excellent analytical skills, with experience in optimizing product listings, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategic initiatives to increase sales and profitability.


Main Responsibilities

  2. Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, to maximize visibility and sales.


  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to increase sales and profitability.


  4. Maintain account health metrics, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, and proactively address any issues to maintain a high-performance rating.


  5. Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective marketing strategies and optimize product listings.


  6. Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and forecasting to ensure product availability and prevent stock-outs.


  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and logistics teams.


  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
