Senior Visualizer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visualizer to join our creative team.

About the Role:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Develop design layouts for digital, print, and multimedia projects, including social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other team members to brainstorm ideas and bring creative concepts to life.
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency across all projects.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs communicate effectively with the target audience.
  • Ensure all visual content is on-brand, visually appealing, and meets the highest design standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends, software, and tools to maintain cutting-edge designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar visual design role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, from digital to print.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for emerging design trends.
