Technical Web Development Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced technical web development lead to spearhead the planning and implementation of web projects. This key role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in building modern web applications using the latest back-end and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results for web projects.
  2. Develop and maintain robust web applications, including coding, scripting, debugging, and documentation.
  3. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to foster open communication and drive collaboration at all technical and management levels.
  5. Assume ownership of projects from client communication to day-to-day task management.
  6. Be adaptable to flexible working hours when necessary to manage calls with clients.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of overall experience in technical web development.
  2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Laravel Framework.
  3. Minimum 3 years' experience in Core PHP & MySQL.
  4. Good knowledge of WordPress Websites.
  5. Clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.
  6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  7. MVC architecture expertise.
  8. Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  9. Experience with SVN, GitHub, or similar.
  10. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
