Business Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive our international business growth. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored software development solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
  • Manage and close deals through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing
  • Consistency in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, and reporting
  • Attend industry webinars, virtual conferences, and networking events to promote our business

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/sales tools
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset, high energy, and strong work ethic
