About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in Knit and Woven Garments quality assurance. You will also need to possess strong communication, leadership, and management skills to effectively lead the quality department personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a QMS that ensures the quality of products from raw material to packing.
  • Recruit, train, and lead the quality department personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of incoming, in-process, and final goods to ensure they meet buyer specifications and standards.
  • Identify and implement preventive and remedial measures to prevent defects and improve product quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering or related field (preferably)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Knit and Woven Garments quality assurance
  • Strong communication, leadership, and management skills
