English Language Proficiency Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Call Quality Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the English language proficiency of employees and providing feedback to improve their communication skills.
- This role involves daily call quality monitoring, coaching, and mentoring on spoken English, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments.
- Additionally, you will contribute to customer services training specific to UK culture – UK English language and ongoing training and development (CPD).
- Quality assurance of transcribed files is also a key responsibility.
To succeed in this role, you will require a graduate degree in a relevant field, such as English Literature, Applied Linguistics, or Psychology, along with significant experience in English teaching and assessment.
- Possession of IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, Language certificate, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience is essential.
- A thorough understanding of UK English language dialect and excellent communication skills are crucial.
- As a self-motivated individual, you will be able to work effectively in a team environment.
