Marketing Specialist Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop written proposals from start to finish, including researching and customizing database content as needed.
  • Collaborate with personnel at all levels of the organization to develop compelling and consistent messaging.
  • Work in a self-directed manner with a sensitivity to tight deadlines and to working in a collaborative group environment.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree required; major in English, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional writing skills that demonstrate a natural command of language, organization, and flow.
  • Analytical/critical-thinking skills for understanding complex product offerings and value propositions and defining them in succinct, persuasive written responses.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and to practice strong organizational skills when faced with multiple, time-sensitive priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working as part of a team to complete complex and time-sensitive projects.
