About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative video editor to join our team. As a video editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality short videos for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce engaging short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention.
  • Optimize videos for social media algorithms, ensuring they are hook-driven and engaging in the first 3 seconds.
  • Suggest creative concepts and editing styles that align with modern marketing strategies.

We require the ideal candidate to have proven experience editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, or similar short-form content and strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools.

The successful candidate should also understand social media trends, storytelling, and pacing, and be able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
