  • Diversified creative skills are required to design across multiple media platforms including digital, print, and video.
  • The role involves creating effective and visually compelling logos, branding identities, and campaign visuals.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating the execution of social media posts, animations, and video content.
  • Developing conceptual design directions in alignment with briefs and campaign goals is essential.
  • Supervising and guiding creative teams throughout the design process - from concept development to final execution - ensuring consistency and quality is paramount.
  • This position requires delivering admission campaign assets and faculty event collaterals.
  • Evaluating timely completion and quality control of all visual communication materials is a critical aspect of the role.
  • Sustaining brand consistency across departments and platforms is vital.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Media Sciences/Marketing/Advertising or any relevant discipline from a recognized institute is mandatory.
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience in advertising, digital media, or branding is required.
  • A strong portfolio in corporate & event branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia content creation is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools is expected.
  • The ability to conceptualize and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
