**Job Title:** Technical Leadership Role

 

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader to spearhead our Engineering team. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge software solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current and future technological trends and ensure the team is equipped to leverage these advancements effectively.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo, fostering a culture of innovation and improvement within the Engineering Team.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality products that meet performance and quality standards within budget constraints.
  • Effectively allocate resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Dev-Ops and Test Automation teams to optimize productivity through the implementation of DevOps principles and best practices.
  • Develop, grow, and retain a high-performing Engineering Team by providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Drove company vision by working closely with software development teams to ensure deliverables add value to both the business and clients.
  • Participate in weekly executive meetings to discuss organizational growth and make informed decisions on areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience developing software systems, web applications, mobile applications, UI/UX design, cloud architecture, data insights and intelligence, and cyber security.
  • 5+ years of management experience in Development teams and Agile Product Development methodology.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience designing application architectures aligned with business requirements across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least 2 of: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Full Stack development frameworks, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, Angular.js, React.js, MySQL, MongoDB, iOS, Android, Salesforce, MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture including networking systems, database systems, API integrations, and deployment methodologies.
  • Able to successfully manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Able to engage, nurture, and manage high-quality multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Collaborative leadership skills to lead groups effectively and work as a team in both formal and informal settings.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate information fluently at strategic and technical levels.
  • Proven successful leadership in technology and extensive experience managing remote teams.
  • Act as advisor, mentor, leader, and coach for partners, co-workers, and subordinates.
