We are seeking an experienced leader to head our data analytics platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive the development and maintenance of our big data solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of our enterprise big data platform.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to architect and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Evaluate and ensure the quality of our data products, adhering to operational, security, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance for issue resolution.
  • Mentor team members in continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Design scalable data pipelines to support low-latency data processing and analytics.
  • Orient and optimize data streaming solutions to handle high-throughput, distributed systems while ensuring data consistency and reliability.


Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, integration, and analytics with a proven track record in designing and implementing big data solutions.
  • Leadership experience in managing data engineering and BI teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong technical expertise in the following:

    • Big data stack and solutions, including cloud technologies.
    • Data lake architecture, data model design, and implementation.
    • Enterprise application and data integration design and implementation.
    • Telco domain experience.
    • Azure Solutions Architect Certification.
    • Awareness of data management best practices and machine learning techniques.

  • A willingness to travel (up to 25% may be required).
