As an Education Leader at The Citizen Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape of our school in Kot Radha Kishan. Your responsibilities will include promoting high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators.

You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, empowering, supporting, encouraging, and retaining the best teachers in the school. This involves ensuring the implementation of a Teacher Selection process and developing a school improvement plan based on need analysis.

A significant part of your role will involve monitoring classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal classroom observations. You will also work on teacher quality through demo sessions and constant feedback, as well as monitor student performance by re-checking student copies and test papers as per policy.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build team spirit and motivate teachers to focus on teacher retention. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the capacity to coordinate with various stakeholders, including Area and Regional HR teams.
