Job Title: Mechanical Project Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of mechanical construction activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all works in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Supervise the execution of mechanical works, including conveyors, silos, piping, structures, equipment installation, and commissioning.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and testing to verify system quality, performance, and readiness for commissioning.
  • Equipment Testing: Perform functional testing and calibration of equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, conveyors).
  • QA/QC Compliance: Review QA/QC documentation and ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
  • HSE Protocols: Enforce HSE protocols during mechanical activities, including hot work, rigging, confined space, and lifting.
  • Site Administration: Maintain site records, inspection/test reports, and daily/weekly progress updates.
  • Material Coordination: Coordinate availability and use of materials, tools, and equipment with procurement and stores.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with civil, electrical, HSE, and operations teams to resolve site challenges.
  • System Commissioning: Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning of mechanical systems.
