Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with experience in delivering operational support and maintenance, as well as technical leadership in developing infrastructure strategies and plans.

You should have knowledge of core Microsoft technologies (Windows, AD, Printing), virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware), NetApp storage solutions, FlexPod architecture, databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL), MS Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, and web technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the delivery of operational support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure environment.
  • Development and delivery of infrastructure projects, changes, and improvements.
  • Provides technical leadership in terms of the development of infrastructure strategies and plans.
  • Mentoring of other team members and acting as an escalation point for incidents and requests.
