About This Role

As an E-commerce Specialist/Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • SEO and SEM: Enhance website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, informing data-driven strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
