Main Operations AssistantWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated team player to fill the position of Main Operations Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement departmental strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily operational tasks under their supervision.
- Closely coordinating with maintenance staff on routine duties.
- Monitoring operating costs, resources, and schedules.

- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
- Managing recoveries from clients effectively.
- Analyzing data and generating insightful reports.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution is required, along with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience. A Master's Degree in Business Management would be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high proficiency in computer literacy. They must also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
