Quran Teacher Pashto Speaking Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Pashto Quran teacher to join our organization in an office-based night shift position.

This role involves teaching the Quran in the Pashto language to students during the designated night shift hours, adhering to the established curriculum and teaching guidelines.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Pashto Quranic classes for students, ensuring they grasp the correct pronunciation (Tajweed) and recitation of the Quran in the Pashto language.
  2. They will also assist students in developing an understanding of the meaning and interpretation of Quranic verses.
  3. Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students' engagement and participation is crucial.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of attendance and student performance is essential.
  5. Collaboration with colleagues and administrators to address individual student needs and ensure their academic growth is vital.
  6. Staying updated with advancements in Quranic teaching methodologies and incorporating innovative techniques is necessary.
  7. Adhering to our organization's policies, procedures, and code of conduct is mandatory.
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hafiz-e-Quran or any other Islamic qualification certificate.
  • Fluency in Pashto language, both written and spoken, with a strong command of Quranic Arabic.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Quran and Islamic teachings, with expertise in Quranic recitation and Tajweed rules.
  • Proven experience as a Quran teacher, preferably in a similar educational setting. Fresh candidates can also apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
  • Ability to work during the night shift hours, maintaining professionalism and dedication.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability in attending and conducting classes.

Working Hours: 9 PM - 6 AM
