Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.

1. Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact courteously and efficiently with customers, take orders accurately, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
2. Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication to work effectively with colleagues, take instructions from supervisors, and relay orders to kitchen staff.
3. Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, such as assembling orders, coordinating tasks, and supporting each other.
4. Adaptability: Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, maintain focus during busy periods, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are prepared accurately according to customer specifications and company standards, including packaging and presentation.
6. Food Safety and Hygiene: Understanding of food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and preparation of food to maintain health and safety standards.
7. Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions, count change accurately, and operate cash registers or POS systems.
8. Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure orders are prepared and delivered to customers promptly, minimizing wait times.
