We are seeking a results-driven senior PPC specialist to spearhead our paid lead generation strategy for the US market. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce, with a focus on driving high-quality, conversion-ready leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max) to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and perform rigorous A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze performance data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide data-backed insights to inform strategic decisions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Google Optimize.
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio.
