About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bancassurance Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Insurance Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive sales and business growth.
  • Train and support bank staff on insurance products to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide customer support to meet business targets.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the insurance or banking sectors.
  • Ability to train and support banking staff.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Preferably experienced in bancassurance or a related field.
